Activation of Chemokine (C‐C Motif) Receptor 1 Modulates α <sub>1B</sub> ‐Adrenoceptor and Arginine Vasopressin Receptor 1A Signaling and Function

Our findings suggest that CCR1 within functional heteromeric complexes with α<sub>1B</sub>-AR and AVPR1A modulates the efficacy of α<sub>1B</sub>-AR and AVPR1A in hVSMCs to activate downstream signaling cascades that mediate vasoconstriction and control vascular tone.
