This research presents the development of a demonstration package on connecting lighting control circuits for using in teaching students at the vocational certificate level. The purpose of developing the demonstration package for connecting lighting control circuits is to develop a demonstration package for creating simulation situations so that students have skills and experience in correctly connecting lighting circuits. The research consists of planning the study and designing and constructing the demonstration set, testing for defects, and fixing the defects of the demonstration set for connecting lighting control circuits to meet the quality standards that can be used in teaching to create benefits in helping increase the efficiency of teaching in practice. It emphasizes that students gain knowledge from direct experience, observation, and doing it themselves. The sample group used in this study was vocational certificate students. The research found that the evaluation of the quality of the demonstration package developed by a total of 5 experts had the highest with an average value of 4.83, standard deviation of 0.27. The learning achievement of students using the demonstration package for connecting lighting control circuits had the mean of 95.35%, and the results of the evaluation of the satisfaction of users with the developed teaching media had a high level of satisfaction with an average value of 4.92, standard deviation of 0.11, which was under the specified hypothesis. In summary, the demonstration package of lighting control circuits can be used in teaching industrial engineering. It can promote learners to have practical skills necessary for preparing to work in the industrial sector and support teachers to be able to solve problems so that learners have the knowledge and skills necessary for organizing effective classroom teaching.
