Design Optimization for Enhanced Durability of Artificial Ski Slope Tiles

Abstract This study presents an in-depth analysis of the design and functionality of artificial ski slopes, focusing on the innovative use of hexagonal tiles to create a realis-tic skiing experience. The research emphasizes the importance of optimizing the complex geometry of the design and ensure that the mold plates will be effectively produced. The design ensures that the stems are positioned in a way to avoid interference between tiles, making a seamless transition across the slope. Critical factors in the development of these artificial slopes include the materials used, the rigidity of the stems, and the overall structural strength, which are essential for providing a safe and good quality product. Additionally, the research underlines the importance of a honeycomb structure in enhancing the strength and stability of the slope, while also addressing positioning of anchor bolts at the corners of the tiles ensures a solid state, contributing to the overall stability of the structure. Overall, this study aims to ensure a balance between performance, safety, and user experience. These innovative approaches not only ease the challenges faced during construction but also enhance the performance and durability of the artificial ski slope tiles, making them suitable for real-world applications. The integration of these solutions demonstrates a commitment to quality and functionality in the design and construction process.
