Research on the Construction of the Effectiveness Evaluation Index System of Technical Standards for New Power System

Abstract As the new power system becomes the key to sustainable energy development, the technical standard system holds significant importance for the construction of the new power system. This article reviews the current status of the technical standard systems for the new power system in both domestic and international contexts, elaborates on the composition of the standard system, and constructs a technical standard effectiveness evaluation index system from the main business dimensions such as grid planning and engineering construction, which includes 1 target layer, 5 criterion layers, and 33 indicator layers. The weights of each indicator are determined using the analytic hierarchy process. Based on the differences in technical standard weights across various business areas of the grid, corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed to promote the optimized development of the technical standard system for the new power system.
