Evaluation methods and strategy analysis of the implementation effect of the technical standard system for new power system
Abstract Driven by the global “dual carbon” goals, the energy structure is undergoing profound adjustments. The new power system has become a key to development, and its technical standard system is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the power system. This paper studies the evaluation methods for the implementation effect of the new power system technical standard system, and explores the achievements and deficiencies in the evaluation of power system technical standards at home and abroad. Taking State Grid as an example, this paper introduces its innovative standard implementation benefit evaluation “Full-chain Value Decomposition Method”. Meanwhile, combined with the characteristics of the new power system, suggestions for evaluation method strategies are put forward to provide a reference for the optimization of the evaluation method of the technical standard system of the new power system.
