Research on the design of smart city guide system based on FAHP and QFD
To strengthen the construction of smart cities, a decision-making framework for the design of smart city guide system based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis (FAHP) and quality function development (QFD) is proposed. Firstly, the public's demand for the design of smart city guide system is classified according to user interviews and status quo research; secondly, FAHP is used to construct a scientific demand hierarchy system and calculate the weights of the demand indicators; finally, the QFD quality house model is constructed based on the scores of the indicators and the technical weights are calculated. Through the joint analysis of FAHP-QFD, the importance ranking of the smart guide system in the design decision-making process is derived. The decision-making framework can combine the user needs and technical characteristics, which provides a more serviceable and technically feasible method to guide the development of the guide system in the smart city and has certain reference value.
