Design of online monitoring system for smart elderly care in Internet of Things environment

Under the background of the current information age, a large number of data monitoring devices are applied to the daily health management of the elderly, which has become an important path to improve the quality of life of the elderly and optimize the supply of old-age services. However, with the continuous growth of user groups and the increasing personalization of user needs, the problems of compatibility and stability among various monitoring devices are prominent, and there are defects in the design of aging adaptability, which further reduces the practical application effect and limits the promotion and application of the smart elderly care model. In view of the above situation, this paper will deeply explore the application feasibility of Internet of Things technology in this field, and put forward a design scheme of online monitoring system for smart elderly care, so as to realize real-time monitoring and management of the health and living conditions of the elderly. Practice has proved that the system covers multi-modal data collection, real-time transmission, cloud analysis and personalized service, and through wearable devices, smart home sensors and edge computing technology, it solves the dilemma faced by the current smart elderly care service and provides a feasible solution for the large-scale application of smart elderly care.
