Study on accessibility evaluation and layout optimization of commercial service facilities under the perspective of community life circle
The community life circle is the spatial unit that residents have the closest contact with in their daily lives, and the service level of commercial service facilities within it is directly related to the quality of daily life of community residents. Based on multi-source data and using geographic information spatial analysis methods and statistical tools, this study measures the accessibility of various types of commercial service facilities at the neighborhood scale, using the Guilin Road Business District in Changchun's Chaoyang District as an example. This not only optimizes the allocation of commercial service facilities but also provides a reference for the study of other public service facilities. The results show that: (1) The accessibility of commercial service facilities shows significant regional differences. (2) There is an imbalance in the functional distribution of commercial service facilities, accompanied by the “island effect”. The study suggests enhancing the connectivity between the core and peripheral areas of commercial districts, optimizing the road network structure in the region, improving the accessibility of facilities in time and space, and exploring the promotion of the “shared commercial space” model.
