GEOSPATIAL PROVISION OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL DATA AS PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SMART URBAN CADASTRE MODULE

This article discusses the issues of geospatial provision of three-dimensional data in the development of the Smart Urban Cadastre module. The importance of three-dimensional models for effective urban management is described, as well as methods and technologies for obtaining and processing three-dimensional data, including the use of laser scanning data, photogrammetry and other sources. Special attention is paid to the integration of three-dimensional data into the urban cadastre system and their application for various tasks such as property management, infrastructure monitoring, urban planning and decision-making. The advantages of integrating the technologies of the existing Smart Cadastre module and the proposed Smart Urban Cadastre module within the framework of the National Spatial Data System program in order to improve the efficiency of cadastral accounting are also analyzed. Methods of collecting, processing and analyzing spatial data are presented, attention is paid to the role of optimizing management and development of urban areas. In conclusion, it is proposed to introduce the Smart Urban Cadastre module, which helps optimize work with land and real estate, which will facilitate the work of urban planning.
