Peripheral blood mononuclear cell secretome from patients with autoimmune encephalitis promotes seizures in vitro
Our findings suggest, for the first time, that peripheral inflammatory mediators could represent a trigger factor for seizure activity in AEs, beyond a possible antibody-mediated mechanism.
