Dynamic Modeling of a Load-Sensing Hydraulic System By Bondgraphs

A dynamic model based on bond graphs is developed for load-sensing hydraulic systems. This approach integrates key components to effectively capture the system's complex interactions and dynamic behaviors. Model validation, performed through experimental testing and comparative analysis with simulation data, demonstrates a high level of accuracy. The study provides valuable insights into improving energy efficiency and stability in load-sensing systems. Furthermore, by analyzing the system's response to variations in pump pressure and load velocity, the research identifies both stable and unstable dynamic behaviors. These findings have significant implications for enhancing the performance and reliability of load-sensing hydraulic systems in practical engineering applications.
