Pendampingan Penyusunan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pada Basenja AC Variasi

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an economic sector that plays a strategic role in driving national economic growth, creating job opportunities, and improving community welfare. Amid the continuous growth in the number of vehicles, automotive accessories and air conditioning services have become essential needs, especially in urban areas. Basenja AC and Variasi Mobil is a service-based business unit that provides maintenance and repair services for four-wheeled vehicle air conditioning systems. However, MSMEs in the automotive AC and accessory sector also face several challenges. Limited capital, lack of technical training, suboptimal managerial capabilities, and intense competition with other accessory shops are common obstacles encountered. This assistance program is carried out to help Basenja AC and Variasi improve efficiency in financial and inventory management through the implementation of an information system. Observations and interviews were conducted during the program to identify existing problems so that the system developed can address actual needs. Based on the findings from the assistance provided to Basenja AC and Variasi MSME, it was discovered that all administrative processes were still being carried out manually — including customer data recording, transactions, and financial reporting. Given these issues, a simple yet efficient information system is necessary to support financial processes and digital recordkeeping.
