Cervical Lymphadenitis in a Patient Receiving Tumor Necrosis Factor Inhibitor Therapy
A 65-year-old woman known for long-standing axial and peripheral psoriatic arthritis presented for routine follow-up in a rheumatology clinic. She had no other significant medical history. She was in a state of sustained minimal disease activity on a combination of oral methotrexate 12.5 mg weekly and certolizumab pegol (CZP) 200 mg every 2 weeks, both of which she had been using for 5 years.
