Research on Optimal Control Strategy Model of Microgrid Energy Storage System
As a crucial component within microgrid systems, energy storage devices play a pivotal role in effectively alleviating the randomness and volatility inherent in renewable energy generation, thereby ensuring the stability of the overall system. To optimize the operation of microgrids, strike a balance between power supply and demand, and enhance the utilization of renewable energy, it is imperative to take into account dynamic factors such as transaction volumes, market prices, and operational costs while conducting a precise analysis of the control strategies for battery energy storage systems (BESS) in grid connected microgrids. This paper commences with an in - depth examination of the principles underlying receding horizon optimization (RHO). Subsequently, a mixed - integer linear programming model for the control strategies of microgrid BESS, grounded in RHO, is developed. Finally, case studies are carried out to explore the characteristics of microgrid and battery signals under optimal control strategies, validating the effectiveness of the proposed model.
