A Method for Optimal Scheduling of Emergency Power Supply in Distribution Network Considering Line Failure Under Typhoon Disaster

In this paper, based on the multi-objective planning method, an optimal dispatching scheme for emergency power supply vehicles under typhoon conditions is proposed. Firstly, the main disaster factor of typhoon is identified as strong near-surface wind. Secondly, based on the typhoon wind speed model, a fault probability model for the lines is established. Finally, based on the line failure predicted by the model, a multi-objective planning model for emergency power supply is established. Primary objective of this multi-objective planning model is to minimize the total outage loss, and the secondary objective is to minimize the residual capacity of emergency power supply. Meanwhile, multiple constraints are taken into consideration. The study provides a reasonable solution for emergency power supply scheduling, which is of great significance in reducing the socioeconomic losses caused by typhoons and other disasters.
