An Integrated Optimization Method of Scheduled Maintenance and Reconfiguration in Distribution Network
Scheduled maintenance remains the primary approach for distribution network equipment maintenance at present. Scheduled maintenance is a prerequisite for ensuring the safe, reliable, and economical operation of the power grid. During the maintenance process, line disconnection can lead to load loss and impact grid operation, necessitating load transfer. This paper proposes a joint optimization method for scheduled maintenance and reconfiguration in distribution network. Firstly, a distribution network scheduled maintenance and reconfiguration integrated optimization model is established, including the objective function and constraints. Then, the problem is solved using the mixedinteger second-order cone programming (MISOCP) algorithm. Finally, the method is validated on the IEEE33 system, and the results demonstrate that the proposed approach effectively optimizes the maintenance schedule, minimizes the impact of line disconnections during maintenance, enhances the operational management of the distribution network, and ensures its stable operation.
