Collaborative Optimization of Distribution Network Post-disaster Restoration under Typhoon Disasters

Typhoon disasters pose severe challenges to distribution networks due to their wide-area spatial damage and dynamic evolution of faults. To address this, this paper proposes a collaborative restoration strategy of multiple distributed generation source that integrates typhoon dynamic modeling and resource adaptive scheduling. First, a typhoon spatiotemporal evolution model is established to quantify the time-varying characteristics of wind speed and component failure probabilities. Second, a differentiated output model for photovoltaics, wind turbines, energy storage, and emergency power generation vehicles is constructed to analyze the spatiotemporal complementary characteristics of multi-source outputs under typhoon uncertainties. On this basis, a dynamic optimization model aiming at minimizing load loss and considering distributed generation sources’ real-time availability constraints is established for multi-source scheduling adaptive collaboration. Case studies show that compared with traditional methods, the proposed method has a higher primary load restoration level and needs less time to fully restore all loads, verifying the effectiveness of multisource collaboration and dynamic constraints integration in enhancing distribution network resilience. This research provides a methodological basis for the restoration of disaster-responsive smart grids under extreme weather.
