Research on Decision-Making for Power Energy Efficiency New Product Development Schemes Based on Multi-Objective Fuzzy Digital Intelligent Model

As the power industry advances rapidly amid burgeoning electricity demands, innovation in new products has emerged as a critical driver for high-quality sector development. However, China’s power sector faces numerous challenges in developing energy-efficient products, ranging from technological sophistication to market application, regulatory frameworks, and coordination along the industrial chain. To address these, a case study of a new energy-efficient product-the oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformer-developed by a Henan Electric Co., Ltd., is analyzed. By leveraging a multi-objective fuzzy numerical intelligence model, which integrates fuzzy set theory and MATLAB programming, this study tackles the complex decisionmaking process inherent in energy-efficient new product development projects. This model is particularly adept at handling the fuzzy uncertainties and multi-objective conflicts that arise during the decision-making process, thus providing a more scientific and precise approach to evaluating various development schemes. The simulation calculations demonstrate that the proposed model can overcome the limitations of existing investment schemes by offering higher resolution in evaluation outcomes, thereby presenting a valuable new numerical intelligence model for power companies to make informed multiobjective investment decisions in energy-efficient new product development.
