Title IX compliance remains name of the game

ORLANDO, Fla. — Despite the attention‐getting House settlement and appeals filed by multiple female student‐athletes claiming the decision violates Title IX, athletics administrators shouldn’t lose sight of their responsibility to comply with Title IX as usual. Of ongoing importance is the fact that Title IX compliance can also overlap with student conduct, reporting requirements for the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act, and other areas of your athletics department.
