Human resource development is a key factor in improving organizational effectiveness and promoting sustainable development. At the Long An Provincial Department of Planning and Investment, optimizing human resources helps efficiently carry out management, planning, and investment tasks, while also driving socio-economic development. Given the increasing demands for expertise and competence, the study focuses on analyzing the current state of human resource development from 2021 - 2023 and proposes enhancement strategies for development until 2026. These strategies include improving the development environment, strategic planning for human resource development, and strengthening training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
