This paper introduces social capital and environmental tax into the endogenous growth model, analyzes the impact of the accumulation of social capital and the implementation of environmental tax policy on economic growth from the perspective of the synergy of economy, environment and social capital, and finds that social capital and environmental tax can accelerate economic output by promoting innovation. Under the incentive of environmental policies, the awareness of environmental protection of citizens, enterprises and governments is gradually internalized into social capital, which promotes mutual trust among people by promoting interaction, cooperation and information sharing, thus influencing economic growth.
