Research and Design of Underground Engineering 3D Visualization Analysis System Based on BIM+ Technology
Throughout the entire lifecycle of underground engineering construction, all parties involved need to frequently exchange engineering information in order to repeatedly demonstrate and continuously optimize the status of planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance. Visualization technology can effectively support the solution to the above problems, but it still faces challenges such as information loss during multi-source data registration and fusion processes, and poor model lightweighting processing effects. Therefore, this paper studies and designs a 3D visualization analysis system for underground engineering based on BIM+ technology, proposes a system architecture that integrates equipment layer, data layer, service layer, functional application layer, and user interaction layer, and elaborates on the system workflow. We conducted analysis and research on key technical issues such as multi-source data registration and fusion, as well as model lightweight processing. We designed a technical roadmap for multi-source data registration and fusion, and elaborated on spatial coordinate transformation and semantic mapping methods; An optimization algorithm based on vertex curvature and vertex neighborhood triangle area as the new folding cost was proposed, and the results showed that under the same model simplification rate, the proposed method can effectively improve the lightweighting effect of the model. The research results provide strong support for the construction and scene application of subsequent underground engineering 3D visualization analysis systems, as well as promoting the transformation of underground engineering from experience driven to data-driven.
