Theoretical Foundations of Business Process Management of Retail Enterprises Based on the Efficiency Criterion

The article presents the results of the study of the theoretical foundations of business process management of retail enterprises based on the efficiency criterion. A structural and logical scheme for systematization of business processes of a retail enterprise is formed and graphically presented. The logical and hierarchical relationship of basic concepts within the framework of the research topic is substantiated and graphically presented in an expanded form.
