About this title - Earth Observations and Proximity Sensing Technologies: Enhancing Safety, Sustainability and Efficiency in Mining Operations
This book presents advanced methods, tools and technologies based on Earth observation, GNSS, drone-based sensing, and proximity sensing targeted for promoting safer, more sustainable and cost-effective mining. These approaches have application potential throughout the mine life cycle from mineral exploration and mine development to active mining, closure and post-closure, as well as mine reuse.
