FEATURES OF INNOVATION MANAGEMENT IN THE CLUSTERING PROCESS OF HIGH-TECH INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

This article examines the definition of clustering and its essence, and examines the specifics of this process in the field of high-tech industrial enterprises. The reasons for the creation of clusters among such enterprises have been identified, as well as the importance of the clustering process of high-tech industrial enterprises for the Russian economy and the reasons for its implementation. The article also examines the features of innovation management in the framework of high-tech industrial enterprises, identifies its fundamental components, tasks and principles on the basis of which the system operates. The purpose of this study is to study the features of innovation management in clusters of high-tech industrial enterprises.
