PREREQUISITES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STATE PROGRAM FOR ENSURING THE SPIRITUAL SAFETY OF THE POPULATION BASED ON THE STUDY OF THE ECONOMIC CATEGORY OF SPIRITUAL CAPITAL

The work conducts a theoretical study of the economic category of spiritual capital. The approaches and points of view of various scientists are considered, on the basis of which an analysis is carried out and their own position is expressed, the components of spiritual capital are studied. The work also considers the concept, types and methods of ensuring spiritual security, its aspects, components, possible threats. It examines the regulation of security issues, considers international and military security. As a result of the work, it is concluded that it is necessary to adopt state ideology to ensure the spiritual safety of the population.
