OBJECTIVE NEED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE-DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF TOWN PLANNING ACTIVITIES AND MECHANISMS OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

The purpose of this article is to argue for the need for administrative-digital transformation of urban planning activities and to determine the mechanism for its implementation. The methodological basis of the study is a systems approach that allows us to present the administrative-digital transformation of urban planning activities as a set of management influences aimed at introducing information modeling technologies and a software approach to managing this area of digital transformation into urban planning practice. The author considers the most pressing issues of administrative-digital transformation of urban planning activities through an appeal to an innovative mechanism for its implementation, which is the information modeling technology introduced into management practice based on a software approach. The results obtained can be used in the process of further development of problems related to improving the efficiency of urban planning management. It is concluded that the use of a software approach to the implementation of new urban planning technologies can give a positive result, provided that an integrated approach is taken when implementing information modeling technology (TIM), aimed at changing the management processes of a construction project using information modeling throughout the entire life cycle of the project.
