State Detection Method for Strain Clamps Based on Infrared Temperature Rise under High Current Conditions
The premise of calculating the current carrying capacity of the conductor is to ensure that the state of the strain clamp is normal. Based on the actual background, this paper studies the nondestructive state detection method for Strain clamps based on infrared temperature rise under high current conditions. By modeling the heating process of the strain clamp and conducting coupling analysis in electromagnetic frequency domain and thermal steady-state in COMSOL Multiphysics, the feasibility of the relative temperature difference method is verified, and the weak parts in the tensioning clamp are analyzed, which provides the strategies for engineering applications based on actual infrared images.
