Coordinated Optimal Dispatching of Source and Load in Energy-Intensive Industrial Park
In recent years, the randomness and intermittency of wind and solar power output have continuously increased the regulation pressure of conventional power sources. The conventional electric power dispatching cannot effectively solve the uncertainty of renewable energy output. The problem of obstructing the consumption of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power is also becoming more and more serious. On this basis, this paper proposes a source-load coordinated optimization dispatching method that considers the uncertainty and correlation of wind and solar power output; Firstly, utilizing the energy-intensive loads with different regulation characteristics participate in demand response (DR) program, and energyintensive industrial park’s (EIIP’s) captive power plant (CCP) units in dispatching to promote the accommodation of wind and solar power. Furthermore, the stepped DR incentive mechanism is used to EIIP participate in DR program. Finally, the case study results prove that the proposed method can effectively improve the level of wind and solar power accommodation and reduce the operating cost of the EIIP.
