Bonding and Anchoring Performance Test of High-Strength Steel Wire Mesh and Polyurethane Cement
The bonding and anchoring properties of high-strength steel wire mesh (HSSWM) in polyurethane cement (PUC) were studied. We need to consider the transverse steel wire spacing, relative anchorage length of the steel wire, and diameter of the steel wire. The drawing test of 15 groups of 45 specimens was carried out. The test results show that there are two failure modes in the bonding anchorage test: wire slip and wire break. The setting of transverse steel wire causes the adhesive failure to exhibit obvious ductile failure characteristics. The distance of transverse wire has little effect on bond strength. The length of the ductility strengthening section increases with the decrease in transverse steel wire spacing. The average bond stress corresponding to the peak value of HSSWM and PUC is negatively correlated with the relative anchorage length and steel wire diameter. Based on the experimental results, a bond-slip model of HSSWM and PUC is proposed, and the model parameters are analyzed. The model and formula of model parameters are in good agreement with the experimental results. It can well reflect the bond-slip characteristics of the two.
