Upaya Pengembangan Desa Wisata untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (Studi pada Gampong Nusa Kecamatan Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar)

This study aims to analyze the development efforts of Nusa Tourism Village in increasing Village Original Revenue (PADes), focusing on the utilization of local potential and digital promotion strategies. Nusa Village, located in Lhoknga Sub-district, Aceh Besar Regency, is one of the leading tourism villages that has successfully developed nature-based, cultural, and culinary tourism sectors. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that tourism development in Nusa Village has contributed to the increase of PADes, although the percentage remains relatively small (5%). Various initiatives have been implemented, such as the provision of tourism infrastructure and facilities, community engagement, and promotion through social media. However, the village still faces two main obstacles: suboptimal digital marketing strategies and limited supporting facilities, particularly the absence of restaurants. This study recommends strengthening targeted digital promotion and developing culinary facilities as strategic efforts to enhance tourism attractiveness and increase PADes in a sustainable manner.
