EFFECT OF HYBRID BLOOD PURIFICATION ON SERUM PROTEIN BINDING TOXIN, TBIL, ALT, Cr, BUN IN PATIENTS WITH MSOF AFTER MUSHROOM POISONING

Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of hybrid blood purification in treating mushroom poisoning with MSOF.Methods: A total of 100 patients with multiple systemic organ failure (MOSF) after mushroom poisoning in the Department of Nephrology, the second people's Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province from May 2020 to May 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method as research group and control group (N = 50).The research group was treated with hybrid blood purification treatment (HBPT) of hemoperfusion combined with continuous veno venous hemofiltration (CVVH).At admission (T0), the third day (T1), the seventh day (T2), and the fourteenth day (T3), control group received HBPT.The clearance effect of serum protein binding toxoid [indoxyl sulfate (IS), p-cresyl sulfate (PCS) and hippuric acid (HA)] and the changes of total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine (CR) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were compared between the two; Survival rate within 14 days was counted.Results: Compared with T0 time, the levels of TBIL, ALT, Cr, BUN, IS, PCS and HA had no statistical significance ( P > 0.05); TBIL, ALT and CR levels at T1 were not significant (P > 0.05), but BUN, IS, PCS and HA were lower; Compared with T2 time, TBIL, ALT, Cr, BUN, IS, PCS, HA were significantly lower than T0 and T1 time, and research group was lower; Compared with T3 time, TBIL, ALT, Cr, BUN, IS, PCS, HA were lower than T0, T1, T2, and research group was lower.From T0 to T4, survival rate of research group was higher (P < 0.05).
