Fujian's tea research featured in 『Dabu』

This paper is a scientific and geographical analysis of the geographical characteristics of the tea production area in Dabu. It focuses on the characteristics of Wuyi mountain tea leaves in Fujian, the region of origin of the tea presented in Dabu, and develops through a regional analysis of the tea region of Fu (hereinafter Fujian). By focusing on the geographical characteristics of the Wuyi mountain tea in Fujian, the region of origin of the tea presented in the genus Dabu, and identifying the characteristics of the tea through regional analysis, this study aims to provide authoritative evidence for the characteristics of tea according to the region of cultivation. Through this, the tea production area identified in Dabu is Wuyi mountain in Fujian, China, which is consistent with Zhu Xi's Wuyi Nine-bend Songs. As a result, the Dabu also lists the tea producing areas in China and records “Fu”, proving that “Fu” is a tea from Fujian.
