The Research and Practice of the “Multi-Empowerment” Moral Education Management Model in Junior High Schools
This study is based on the current situation of moral education management in junior high schools, exploring the application of the “Multi-Empowerment” moral education management model. This study employs action research to empower three groups: Teachers shift from disciplinary oversight to mentorship through mindset training. Students are promoted into proactive learning via incentive systems and peer collaboration. Parents are cultivated into four roles—enabler, learner, resonator, role model. This practice aims to foster students’ proactive learning, transform teachers’ educational philosophies, and encourage parents’ willing engagement in their children’s growth, thereby strengthening the school’s moral education management ecosystem.
