Strategies for Integrating Ideological and Political Education into the Daily Management of Counselors’ Student Affairs

Ideological and political education (IPE) is an important approach for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talents. As frontline workers in students’ daily management, counselors play a key role in IPE. This paper explores the necessity of integrating IPE into the daily management of counselors’ student affairs in colleges and universities, analyzes the existing problems in the current integration of IPE into students’ daily management, and proposes specific implementation strategies to improve students’ ideological and political literacy and promote their all-round development.
