Research on noise optimization control based on the P2 motor injection control in dual motor hybrid system
Based on the whining problem of hybrid vehicles during heavy acceleration and braking, this paper confirms through order analysis that the whining mainly comes from the 72th order whining of the drive motor within the complaint speed range. Through the NVH bench test of the transmission, the amplitude and phase that provide the maximum NVH benefit are selected to optimize the harmonic injection control. This approach effectively mitigates the 72nd-order whining noise of the transmission, thereby enhancing its overall NVH performance. Vehicle testing and comparative analysis of the 72nd-order slice noise confirm that the noise level can be reduced by approximately 10 dB at a specific speed point during both acceleration and deceleration. This paper provides a practical and reliable method for solving motor-related whining problems in the actual engineering application of hybrid systems.
