The Construction of an Intelligent Agent for Legal Evidence Reasoning Based on the DeepSeek Large Model

The technological breakthroughs of the DeepSeek series of large models, combined with the practical demands of intelligent judiciary and the accumulated experience in judicial practice, have laid the foundation for the development of a legal evidence-reasoning intelligent agent.Grounded in the theoretical frameworks of evidentiary interpretation, logical reasoning, and probabilistic fact-finding, this agent adopts a technical pathway encompassing case information formalization, reasoning logic modeling, and probabilistic fact computation.Through demonstrations and validation using real-world cases, the project presents a viable and legally substantiated approach for advancing artificial intelligence in legal systems, merging technical feasibility with jurisprudential rigor.
