IMPACT OF THE IMPROVED MODEL OF ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN TESTING LABORATORIES ON CORPORATE CULTURE AND STAKEHOLDERS
The article investigates the impact of an improved model of environmental risk management in testing laboratories on the formation of corporate culture and interaction with stakeholders. One of the key features of this model is the integration of the military standard 01.107.004, which ensures high quality and reliability of risk management, as well as compliance with modern requirements. The authors substantiate the need to integrate the principles of sustainable development and environmental responsibility into the management processes of laboratories in order to minimize environmental threats and increase the effectiveness of communications with stakeholders. The proposed management model is based on a systematic approach that includes identification, assessment, monitoring and control of environmental risks, as well as active involvement of staff and stakeholders in decision-making processes. The results of the model implementation demonstrate positive changes in the organizational culture, an increase in the level of environmental awareness of employees, and strengthening of trust on the part of external partners.
