QUALITY ASSURANCE OF SECURITY SERVICES
The article explores the issue of improving the quality of security services under current conditions of increasing safety threats. It examines the essence of security services, emphasizing their integrated, personalized, and preventive nature, as well as the key internal and external factors that influence service quality—organizational, personnel-related, technical, legal, and market-based. Special attention is given to both Ukrainian and international experiences in standardization, staff management, implementation of ISO systems, digital technologies (video analytics, CRM systems, mobile applications), and client interaction. The paper substantiates the main directions for enhancing the quality of security services: implementing quality management systems, improving staff qualification, upgrading technical infrastructure, and developing a client-centered service model. It identifies critical challenges, including the lack of national quality standards, outdated technical equipment, and insufficient legal regulation of security activities. The study concludes that a systemic approach to quality management is a prerequisite for the competitiveness of private security companies and the stability of the security sector.
