Research on the priority of influencing factors of liquid cooling thermal management in electrochemical energy storage power station
The bottom liquid cooling was studied to analyze the priority order of various factors influencing battery thermal management system (BTMS). A single-factor analysis was conducted to evaluate the impact of individual variables on heat dissipation, including battery layout, spacing and fluid performance parameters. Subsequently, an orthogonal test was used to perform a multi-factor analysis to determine the optimal combination of parameters based on their influence on the BTMS performance. The results of orthogonal test showed that the factors influencing the maximum temperature ( T max ) and temperature difference (△ T ) of the battery module ranked as follow: flow inlet temperature > battery spacing > flow inlet rate. In contrast, the influence on the pressure drop followed the order: flow inlet rate > battery spacing > flow inlet temperature. Based on comprehensive evaluation, the optimal combination of influencing factors was determined to be a battery spacing of 12 mm, a flow inlet rate of 0.012 kg/s, and a flow inlet temperature of 300 K. The research results of this paper provide a valuable reference for the influence factors analysis of liquid cooling thermal management.
