PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMANFAATAN DANA DESA TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KESEJAHTRAAN MASYARAKAT DI GAMPONG UTEUNG GEULINGGANG KECAMATAN DEWANTARA KABUPATEN ACEH UTARA

This study aims to determine the influence of village fund management and community empowerment on the welfare of village residents in Gampong Uteun Gelinggang, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. This research uses quantitative methods and causal analysis. The population in this study consists of 1,059 heads of families in Gampong Uteun Gelinggang, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency, with a sample of 291 taken by the researchers. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS. The influence of village fund management on the welfare of village residents is 42.9%. The influence of community empowerment on the welfare of village residents is 43.8%. The influence of village fund management on the welfare of village residents through community empowerment is 76.8%. The combined influence of village fund allocation and community empowerment on the welfare of village residents is 80.6%.
