Perbedaan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Siswa MTS pada Materi Relasi dan Fungsi Ditinjau dari Perbedaan Gender

This study aims to determine the differences in concept understanding of MTS students on relation and function material in terms of gender by analysing the learning outcomes of each group. This research is a quantitative approach and uses the type of comparative study. This research was conducted at MTSN 09 Jember, Jember Regency, East Java. The population of this study were students of class VIII-B at MTSN 09 Jember with a total of 25 students. In this study, independent sample t-test was used to analyse the data. Based on the research conducted, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in the learning outcomes of male and female students in relation and function material. This research only focuses on examining the differences in learning outcomes of male and female students on the material of relations and functions, while to determine the factors that influence student learning outcomes need to be studied further.
