PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KINERJA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS BAYU KABUPATEN ACEH UTARA

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and employee work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction of employees at the Syamtalira Bayu Health Center in North Aceh Regency. This type of research is quantitative and uses descriptive analysis and causal analysis methods. The population and sample in this study were 49 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS. The influence of the physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Syamtalira Bayu Health Center in North Aceh Regency is significant at 51.9%. The influence of work motivation on the performance of employees at the Syamtalira Bayu Health Center in North Aceh Regency is significant at 64.3%. The influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Syamtalira Bayu Health Center in North Aceh Regency is significant at 46.8%. The influence of the physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Syamtalira Bayu Health Center in North Aceh Regency through job satisfaction is significant at 76.3%. The influence of work motivation on the performance of employees at the Syamtalira Bayu Health Center in North Aceh Regency through job satisfaction is significant at 75.3%.
