A Therapeutic Intervention Report on Depressive Mood Caused by Adolescent Self-identity Issues
Depressive mood is one of the common psychological disorders among adolescents and minors at present. Based on Erikson’s theory of adolescent identity crisis and clinical counseling practice, it is speculated that the occurrence of identity crisis may affect the emergence of depressive emotions. Based on existing research on the consistency between implicit and explicit self-identity, the visitor was assessed using the SIS and SDS questionnaires. Integrative psychotherapy methods (including psychodynamic techniques such as “House-Tree-Person” and cognitivebehavioral therapy) were used in the intervention to enhance self-identity, thereby effectively treating depressive emotions.
