Distribution Network Reconstruction Based on the Improved NSGA2 Algorithm for Power Flow Over-Limit Control

Aiming at the problem of reverse power flow over-limit caused by the high proportion of distributed photovoltaic(PV) power integrated into the distribution networks, this paper proposes a distribution network reconfiguration and optimization regulationstrategy based on the improved NSGA2 algorithm. By constructing a mathematical model with the optimization goals of minimizing the active power loss of the distribution network, node voltage deviation and load balance degree, and employing the NSGA2 algorithm to solve the Pareto optimal solution set, the collaborative optimization of the network topology and distributed power source outputs is achieved. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively mitigate the phenomenon of reverse power flow exceeding the feeder's limit. Furthermore, it enhances the economic efficiency of system operation and improves power supply quality, thereby providing robust technical support for optimizing the active distribution network under the context of the new power system.
