Design of a 6-Channel Tr Module for Airborne Air Traffic Control Phased Array Rf Front-End
Based on L-band GaN pulse power amplifier modules and bidirectional frequency conversion amplification SIP, this paper introduces the design of a 6 -channel TR module for airborne air traffic control phased array RF front-end, which has an output of 300 W pulse power at the port and a receiving gain of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{4 5 d B} \pm \mathbf{2 d B}$</tex>. Test results show that this TR module can be combined with phased array antennas to realize an active phased array system for air traffic control interrogators, providing a miniaturized solution for air traffic control radar systems.
