Research on Relay Protection Setting Calculation Method for Distribution Network Based on Multi Source Data Interaction
This study proposes a calculation method for relay protection setting in distribution networks based on multi-source data interaction. In data fusion processing, multiple sources of data such as SCADA systems, PMUs, and smart meters are used, combined with distributed intelligent systems (DS) for comprehensive processing to generate deterministic and uncertain results. Bayesian inference algorithm (BPA) is used to optimize the trust function parameters to ensure the reliability of data identification. Bilateral filtering technology effectively removes noise interference, preserves signal details, and further improves data quality. During the setting calculation process, the accuracy and sensitivity of the feeder protection setting are ensured through priority principles and dynamic parameter adjustments. The experimental results show that in terms of computation time, the method proposed in this paper took 1.12 seconds in 10 tests and remained stable between <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{1. 1 0}$</tex> and <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{1. 1 3}$</tex> seconds in <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{5 0}$</tex> tests. The high accuracy and efficiency of this method demonstrate its significant advantages in the calculation of relay protection settings in distribution networks, which can effectively improve the safety and stability of power systems.
