Fuzzy Stochastic Capacity Planning for Virtual Power Plant Based on Abnormal Load Characteristics
In the capacity planning of an integrated virtual power plant (VPP), the lack of analysis of abnormal load characteristics results in relatively low comprehensive energy efficiency. To address this issue, this paper proposes a fuzzy stochastic planning algorithm for VPP capacity that is based on abnormal load characteristics. The algorithm analyzes abnormal load characteristics from two perspectives: the comprehensive energy abnormal power transmission/distribution factor and the comprehensive energy abnormal energy flow distribution entropy. Based on these characteristics, the load situation of the VPP is predicted, and the difference between the predicted load and the current VPP capacity is used to guide fuzzy stochastic capacity planning. Test results demonstrate that, under various scenarios, the comprehensive energy efficiency of VPP's planned to use this algorithm consistently exhibits a steady growth trend and reaches a high level.
