Multi Input Energy Harvesting System
A 32nm CMOS energy harvesting system with different ambient sources solar, thermal and vibration is presented. architecture of this proposed energy harvesting system consist of a charge pump circuit with the startup voltage of 100 mV and a power on reset circuit that has ability to provide constant output voltage even when light intensity is high enough in case of solar input or pressure applied on piezoelectric sensor is high. A boost converter circuit is designed that can boost the voltage up to 1.2 V which is good enough to drive a batteryless device in 32nm CMOS process. Power efficiency achieved by proposed Energy Harvesting System is 92%.
