A Highly Efficient and Flexible Internal Inspection Device for Oil-Immersed Transformers
Oil-immersed transformers play a crucial role in power systems by ensuring stable energy conversion and trans- mission. As the demand for reliability and stability in power systems continues to rise, regular internal inspections of trans- formers have become increasingly important. Traditional manual inspection methods face challenges such as limited space, low efficiency, and high safety risks, necessitating the development of a convenient, efficient, and safe inspection device to enhance work efficiency and ensure personnel safety. To address these issues, this paper proposes a novel internal inspection device for oil-immersed transformers, designed to overcome the limitations of existing solutions. The device consists of two main components: hardware and software. Through advanced mechanical structures and intelligent control systems, the device enables high-precision monitoring and analysis of the transformer's internal structure in complex environments. The hardware component includes a main probe, auxiliary probes, foreign object gripping module, an electric telescopic rod, a base, and a portable terminal. It features high-precision image acquisition, 360-degree rotation, and 3D measurement capabilities, ensuring comprehensive and accurate detection. The software component adopts a modular design, supporting real-time preview, data acquisition, and 3D measurement functions, with an intuitive interface that facilitates efficient operation. The design and application of this device significantly enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of in- ternal inspections for oil-immersed transformers, offering broad potential for future applications.
